- In Rulers Of The Cyber Empire, Technology Rules. you join or fight a corporation which rules a galactic empire from the planet earth. The goal is to become and remain the most powerful force in the Cyber II Corporation, a Master, or defeat this octopus and bring free and equal trade back to the galaxy.
- Fighting in First Person Shooter mode, on various planets in endless galaxys, you advance by brute strength and quick wits. In your office, you manage your forces by issues orders to those you control and manuver your way ahead of those at your level, through whatever means you can.
- You can gain strength by completing assignments given too you by the corporation, or taking over its' territories. The corporation rules by control of advanced technology.
- Creating or acquiring new technology and successfully deploying it to solve your problems, will earn you extra money and power.
- In the end, there can only be 12 masters or the 12 free trade zones, you can decide which one!
